Starting Thursday, April 10th, from 11:15 AM to 12:00 PM, this joyful and supportive class is designed for moms and their pre-crawling babies. It offers a gentle re-introduction to yoga and movement, helping you regain strength and flexibility after childbirth. In this series, you will focus on improving posture, core strength, and pelvic floor stability, while also learning breathing techniques and meditation practices to reduce stress and tension. Details: When: Thursdays, 11:15 AM - 12:00 PM Start Date: April 10th Investment: $99 + HST for all 6 weeks Eligibility: Moms who are six weeks post-delivery or post-Caesarean (with doctor or midwife clearance) and their pre-crawling babes.
