Service Description

This relaxing, yet powerful prenatal yoga class is safe for all trimesters. Designed for mamas-to-be to help tune in and connect with their mind, body, spirit & baby. With focus on enhancing endurance, strength, while relaxing the muscles and mind. In each class we will incorporate breathwork & guided meditation. These practices help to empower & build trust in preparation for birth. Modifications and props will be available for everyone
