After 10 years of practicing yoga she enrolled in a 200 hour hatha yoga teacher training program that covered chakras and the bodies various energetic centres. At the same time she was introduced to Reiki Level 1 training and knew quickly she had to share this magic within her own practice but to her yoga classes and meditations. After completing her Usui Reiki Master training she also delved into Crystal Reiki which has served a beautiful purpose to bring in her love of crystals and their own magic with the healing beauty of reiki. Kristina has had a wide array of mentors over the last 18 years and continues to expand her knowledge. She is also a registered practitioner with the International Reiki Association✨
