To form cues that are purposeful and lead to student exploration, including open ended questions and inquiry lead student experiences, while in asana. To learn the differences between what entails functional cueing for common poses, safety cueing and enhancement cueing. Common filler phrases to avoid when cueing. To explore cueing involving imagery, metaphors/similes, anatomical and performance To participate in practical's to practice creative cueing in small groups To increase the yoga teacher's toolkit with verbiage and interest so that instructions are not repeated verbatim when teaching left side and right side asanas Plus so much more!
