Are you ready to deepen your yoga practice? Join our 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher training where you will learn traditional yogic principles, history of yoga, asanas, breathwork and meditation, sequencing and cueing, anatomy and physiology, plus we will take a deep dive through the yoga sutras. Most importantly you will learn more about yourself in these 200 hours while making strong connections with your Peers! Our studio is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. Our Yoga Teacher Training runs every other weekend and our fall semester starts September 16th 2023. Tuition is $2,749 + hst when paid in full or Monthly payment plans are available to those that qualify.
