Beginners Yoga
The perfect class for all levels! An absolute beginner level so you can learn the foundations of asana, breathwork & meditation.
Empower Flow
A Hatha based class that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. During this class we add some dynamic movement between each asana. Slightly slower than our Hatha Flow class

Fit Flow
The perfect balance of breath, vinyasa flow, strength & rejuvenating rest offering an upbeat empowering experience finishing with a restorative shavasana

Hatha Flow
Hatha yoga is a traditional system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. During this class we add some dynamic movement between each asana. Slightly faster than Empower Flow & Slow Flow

Mind Body Stillness
A yin'spired style class...yin is a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Asanas may be held from two minutes to five minutes or more. The sequences of postures are meant to stimulate the channels of the subtle body known as meridians.

Rest & Reset
A restorative yoga class that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.

Slow Flow
Taking the movement of flow and honoring time to explore each movement. Feeling your body in each pose while connecting mindful movement with your breathe.

Vinyasa Flow
A vinyasa is a smooth transition between asanas in styles of modern yoga as exercise, when movement is paired with the breath. Vinyasa yoga helps build muscle strength while improving endurance because the challenging poses are done in quick succession.

Karma Class
Pay what you can classes. Cash donation in exchange for a yoga class. Half of these funds will be donated to local charities through out the year. These classes will be suitable for all levels of yoga and will be various teachers within our community.
