Join us in the heart of the jungle for a soul-nourishing 7-day retreat designed to help you reset, realign, and reconnect to your true essence. As the seasons shift, so can you—through intentional embodiment practices, yoga, and deep restoration.

Immerse yourself in the rhythms of nature, surrounded by lush jungle, pristine beaches, and the healing energy of Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast. This is your invitation to step away from the noise, release what no longer serves you, and awaken a new season of clarity, vitality, and purpose.

What’s Included:
Eco-Lodge Jungle Casita (shared room, separate beds, 2 per casita)
Farm-to-Table Nourishment – Whole food, plant-based meals (breakfast, lunch smoothie bar, dinner) this is a week to reset the body so there is no alcohol here.
Daily Yoga & Mindfulness Workshops
New Moon Intention-Setting Beach Bonfire
Indigenous Plant Medicine Experience – Visit to sacred land, waterfall swim, cacao ceremony
Wildlife Immersion – Hike through a protected national park & visit a jaguar rescue sanctuary
Optional Add-Ons: Somatic Therapy & Embodied Yoga (1:1 session), Sauna & Massage, Additional Excursions

$2,999+ HST (Paid in full by June 8, 2025) – Limited to 18 spots!

Instalment Plan: $3,333+ HST ($500 deposit to secure your space, balance due Oct 18 by emailing info@lotusloft.ca)

Transportation to and from Retreat Centre (this can be set up for you)
Travel Insurance, we highly recommend you have this in place
