Step into a blooming, embodied retreat held by Kristina and Chelsea — your guides in returning to the wisdom of your body, the rhythm of your breath, and the quiet truth within.
Kristina — Yoga teacher, Reiki Master, sound healer, meditation guide, and retreat creator. Kristina holds space through movement, stillness, and vibration, gently guiding you out of the mind and back into the felt experience of being — where presence, softness, and inner radiance naturally unfold.
Chelsea — Breathwork facilitator, mentor, and nervous system guide. Chelsea supports women in releasing old patterns and returning to wholeness. Through conscious breath and embodied practices, she creates a grounded, compassionate container for cultivating clarity, self-trust, and sustainable transformation, including support for alcohol-free living.
Together, they offer a sacred, supportive field where you are invited to soften, listen, and bloom — guided by the intelligence of your body and the timeless teachings of yoga.
Your sanctuary for this experience is the Bloom Holistic Retreat Centre, nestled along miles of quiet lakefront and hundreds of acres of private forest, just 20 minutes north of Kingston. Here, you’re invited to unplug, breathe deeply, and come fully home to yourself.
