Step into a blooming, embodied retreat held by Kristina and Chelsea — your guides in returning to the wisdom of the body, the rhythm of the breath, and the quiet truth within.
Kristina — Yoga teacher, Reiki Master, sound healer, meditation guide, and retreat creator, Kristina holds space through movement, stillness, and vibration. Her offerings are rooted in yogic wisdom and embodiment, gently guiding you out of the mind and back into the felt experience of being — where presence, softness, and inner radiance naturally unfold.
Chelsea — Breathwork facilitator, mentor, and nervous system guide, Chelsea supports women in releasing old patterns and returning to wholeness. Through conscious breath and embodied practices, she creates a grounded, compassionate container for cultivating self-trust, clarity, and sustainable inner transformation, including support for alcohol-free living.
Together, they offer a sacred, supportive field where you are invited to soften, listen, and bloom — guided by the intelligence of your body and the timeless teachings of yoga.
Our sanctuary for this experience is the breathtaking Bloom Holistic Retreat Centre, nestled along miles of quiet lakefront and embraced by hundreds of acres of private forest, just 20 minutes north of Kingston. Here, you’re invited to unplug, breathe deeply, and truly come home to yourself.
