Service Description

Our 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training course is meticulously designed for yoga instructors who are ready to deepen their practice and elevate their teaching skills. This comprehensive program delves into specialized areas: Restorative Yoga Yin Yoga Yoga Nidra Subtle Bodies Advanced Anatomy & Physiology Advanced Sequencing Prenatal Yoga Ayurveda Trauma-Informed Yoga Adaptive Yoga Business Yoga Restorative Yoga, which focuses on gentle, therapeutic postures to enhance relaxation and healing, and Yin Yoga, which targets the body's deep connective tissues to increase flexibility and mindfulness. Participants will also explore Yoga Nidra, a powerful guided meditation technique that promotes profound rest and rejuvenation. ​Beyond these specific styles, the course includes an in-depth study of the subtle bodies, allowing teachers to understand and work with the energetic aspects of yoga, including the chakras and the prana vayus. Our advanced anatomy modules cover the musculoskeletal system in greater detail, providing insights into injury prevention and tailored modifications for various body types. The curriculum also emphasizes advanced cueing and sequencing, enabling teachers to craft classes that are both safe and inspiring. A significant component of the training involves real class teaching experience, where participants will have the opportunity to lead classes under the supervision of experienced mentors. This practical experience is invaluable, helping teachers refine their skills and gain confidence in a supportive environment. Our 300-hour program is a holistic journey that not only expands your expertise but also transforms your approach to teaching, making you a more knowledgeable, compassionate, and effective yoga instructor. Starts January 2025! Our program course runs in studio one weekend a month for a full day Saturday and Sunday, plus Fridays before and Mondays after will be virtual study and review sessions with our educators. Please note there is independent reading and studying outside of our studio hours as well as weekly virtual meetings. There are also Karma Classes required for additional hands on training during studio classes for real class experience that will be scheduled through out the program based on studio schedule.
