This transformative 8-week Beginner Yoga Series, designed for individuals new to yoga or those looking to refresh their practice! Each week builds on the last, providing a structured and supportive environment where you can cultivate your skills and confidence on the mat. In this series, you will: Learn Fundamental Poses: Gradually explore foundational postures, alignment, and modifications tailored for all body types. Develop Breath Awareness: Discover techniques for connecting breath with movement, promoting relaxation and mindfulness. Build Strength and Flexibility* Experience progressive physical challenges that enhance your overall strength and flexibility week by week. Cultivate Mindfulness: Incorporate meditation and relaxation techniques to help you find peace and presence both on and off the mat. Supportive Community: Connect with fellow beginners in a welcoming atmosphere that encourages questions and personal growth. By the end of the series, you will feel empowered in your practice, equipped with the tools to continue your yoga journey with confidence. Whether you're seeking stress relief, improved physical health, or a new hobby, this series is the perfect starting point! Thursdays at 6:00pm starting Thursday September 12th. Personal investment only $119+hst for all 8 weeks. Pre registration is required. Please note there are no make up classes for this program...
