4-Week Transformational Breathwork Series March | Fridays 6–7PM EST Breathwork can create powerful shifts in a single session. But true transformation happens with repetition. For the past year, our community has gathered monthly at Lotus Loft to experience the power of conscious breath. Beginning in March, we’re deepening the work with a dedicated 4-week Friday series designed to create lasting change — not just a temporary release. One session can bring: • Emotional release • Mental clarity • Deep insight • A full-body exhale you didn’t realize you were holding But when you return week after week, something different begins to happen. Your body starts to recognize safety. Your nervous system softens. Your stress response recalibrates. Your capacity expands. You move from bracing to breathing. From reacting to responding. Breathwork unfolds in layers, and this series is intentionally designed to guide you through them: Week 1 – Release Let go of stored tension and emotional buildup. Week 2 – Regulate Stabilize your nervous system and cultivate inner steadiness. Week 3 – Repattern Interrupt old stress patterns and create new responses. Week 4 – Embody Integrate the shifts and anchor a new baseline. This is more than four standalone classes. It’s a container. It’s momentum. It’s integration. It’s giving your nervous system the repetition it needs to truly learn something new. If you’ve attended before and felt the power of the work, this is your invitation to go deeper.
