Gentle Yoga: Embrace Your Spring Vitality Fridays | 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM Start Date: Friday, April 10 Series: 5 Weeks Capacity: Limited to 12 participants Ease into Spring with a gentle yoga practice designed to help you move with greater ease and feel more balanced. This low-impact 5-week series with Linda focuses on improving mobility, flexibility, and overall wellbeing in a supportive and welcoming environment. Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike, each class includes gentle movement and simple breathing techniques to help release tension, support muscle tone and bone density, and cultivate both physical and emotional balance. Investment: • New Members: $80 for the full 5-week series • Existing Lotus Loft Members: This series is included with your membership, or you may use your class pass for all 5 sessions.
