You’re doing all the “right things.” Workouts, yoga, healthy meals, meditation, showing up for everyone else. And yet… your body feels tight, wired, or quietly asking you to slow down. This 6-week Somatic Healing Journey is for anyone who lives in “go mode” — athletes, gym lovers, seasoned yogis, beginners, seniors, busy professionals, caregivers. Through gentle, nervous-system-based somatic yoga, you’ll learn how to: • Release chronic tension and overstimulation • Breathe in a way that truly restores • Move mindfully to feel and listen to your body • Balance effort with ease, strength with softness Tuesdays I 12:00pm-1:00pm I In studio @ Lotus Loft or join virtually Starting Tuesday April 7th Each 60-minute class blends somatic movement, breathwork, subtle sound, and restorative integration — creating space for your body to reset, your mind to quiet, and your nervous system to come home. No performance. No pressure. Just presence. This is your invitation to stop “doing more” and start listening deeply.
