Calling all mamas with little ones (6 weeks to pre-crawling) 🤍 Whether you’re freshly postpartum or a few months into motherhood, our Mom & Baby Yoga Series is a beautiful space to move, connect, and be supported — together. Beginning Thursday, January 9th from 11:00 AM–11:45 AM, this welcoming and nurturing class is designed for moms and their pre-crawling babes. It’s a gentle, mindful reintroduction to movement that supports your postpartum body while creating sweet moments of bonding with your baby. Together we’ll focus on: ✨ Rebuilding core strength and pelvic floor stability ✨ Improving posture (hello, feeding + carrying season) ✨ Gentle stretching to ease tension ✨ Breathwork and simple meditation practices to calm the nervous system And just as importantly — you’ll be in community with other moms who get it. Details: Thursdays | 11:00AM – 11:45AM Start Date: April 2nd Investment: $99 + HST (6-week series) For moms 6+ weeks postpartum (with doctor or midwife clearance) and their pre-crawling babes Spaces are limited, and this series often fills quickly. Please note: There are no make-up classes for this series. If you’re craving gentle movement, connection, and a supportive circle of moms — we would love to welcome you and your little one. 💛
