Learn calming breathing techniques to soothe your mind, alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, and get ready for labor. Our welcoming environment offers a supportive space to connect with other expectant moms sharing your journey. Classes run on: - Thursday, Nov 27 - Thursday, Dec 4 - Thursday, Dec 11 - Thursday, Dec 18 From 4:30pm-5:30pm at Lotus Loft. Open to all pregnancy stages and experience levels—no prior yoga needed! Cost: Only $66 for all 4 classes! What to Bring: water, breathable clothing, yoga mat (props provided). Pre-registration is required—space is limited to 12 participants.
