Somatic Breathwork for Release and Restoration In this guided breathwork class, we’ll focus on the mechanics of the breath to create space within your mind, body, and spirit. Breath is a tool for release, helping you process and move through stored emotions, stress, and energetic blockages that may be holding you back. To deepen the experience, I incorporate somatic approaches such as tapping, toning, and pounding to help release stuck energy from the body. These techniques, paired with intentional breathing patterns, encourage the body to discharge tension, process emotions, and restore balance. This class is perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, emotional release, or simply time to reconnect with themselves. Whether you’re new to breathwork or experienced, this practice will leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply restored—an invitation to release what no longer serves you and reclaim your inner calm.
