The Winter Solstice on December 21st marks the year's longest night and the start of the Yule Festival (Dec 21 - Jan 1)—a season of rebirth, transformation & visioning. It’s a powerful time for renewal & intention setting as we transition into a new year. Workshop Overview: Discover the Significance of the Winter Solstice: Explore the energetics of this pivotal time & learn strategies for aligning with winter’s rhythm through nutrition & lifestyle practices. Energy Clearing Yoga: Release stagnation & foster clarity with a dynamic yoga practice designed to prepare your body & mind for the season ahead. Madelyne Beckles is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Yoga Teacher & interdisciplinary artist based in Port Perry, Ontario. She holds a BFA in Art History & Women’s Studies from Concordia University, graduated with distinction from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) & has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training at Yoga Space in Toronto, Ontario. Madelyne believes that learning to support your body with whole foods & movement are entry points for physical, emotional, mental & spiritual healing, & works with her clients to develop & establish a sustainable practice that is suited to their Investment of only $50 + hst (monthly members save 10% Cancelation policy: Studio credit with 24 hours emailed notice
