You’re doing all the “right things”—working out, eating well, showing up for everyone else… And yet… your body still feels tight, wired, or quietly asking you to slow down. This 6-week Somatic Healing Journey is for anyone who lives in “go mode”—whether you’re active, busy, caregiving, or simply feeling the effects of doing too much for too long. Through gentle, nervous-system-based somatic yoga, you’ll learn how to: • Release chronic tension and overstimulation • Breathe in a way that truly restores • Move mindfully to feel and listen to your body • Balance effort with ease, strength with softness • Feel more grounded, calm, and at home in your body Healing with Somatic Yoga A 6-Week Somatic Healing Journey Tuesdays | 12:00–1:00 PM In-studio at Lotus Loft or join virtually Starting May 19th Each 60-minute class blends somatic movement, breathwork, subtle sound, and restorative integration—creating space for your body to reset, your mind to quiet, and your nervous system to come home.
