Ease into a soothing series of releasing stretches, honoring the Full Moon’s energy of letting go and clearing space for new beginnings. Drift into a deep, restorative guided shavasana, letting go of the spring season and welcoming the gentle transition into summer. Engage in guided journaling to reflect on your desires and set powerful intentions for the season ahead, aligning with the vibrant energy of the Summer Solstice.
