Spring Equinox: A Restorative Yoga & Reiki Ritual As we welcome the balance of light and dark, step into a sacred space of renewal, rest, and intention. This Spring Equinox gathering invites you to slow down, release the heaviness of winter, and embrace the energy of new beginnings. You’ll be guided through gentle restorative yoga, infused with the healing touch of Reiki, allowing deep relaxation and energetic alignment. Breathwork and meditation will help clear stagnant energy, making space for growth and clarity. We’ll close with intention setting, oracle card guidance, and a nourishing cup of tea, grounding your dreams in the season of awakening. Join Kristina & Jenn in this sacred circle as we plant seeds of renewal and step into spring with clarity and purpose.
