Yoga for Golfers A structured 6-week series, beginning April 10, 2026. Fridays 4:30-5:30 pm Lotus Loft, 119 Perry St. B4 Port Perry - in-studio and online Concept Overview This six-week series is designed to help golfers prepare their bodies for the upcoming season through targeted mobility, flexibility, balance, and recovery work. Each session builds progressively, supporting the physical demands of golf while reducing injury risk and improving comfort, endurance, and mindfulness on the course. Participants will focus on opening the hips and shoulders, improving spinal rotation, strengthening stabilizing muscles, and releasing common tension areas such as the lower back, hamstrings, and wrists. Sessions combine accessible yoga postures, breathwork, and guided recovery to leave the body feeling mobile, grounded, and ready to play. Audience: Recreational to avid golfers of all experience levels. No prior yoga experience required. Session Length: 60 minutes weekly By the end of six weeks, participants will build: Increased rotational mobility Improved hip and shoulder range Stronger core stability Better balance and swing control Investment: • New Members: $96+hst for the full 6-week series • Existing Lotus Loft Members: This series is included with your membership, or you may use your class pass for all 6 sessions.
