This 60-minute drop-in class helps golfers improve mobility, flexibility, balance, and recovery to support their game. Each session focuses on opening the hips and shoulders, enhancing spinal rotation, building core stability, and releasing tension in areas like the lower back and hamstrings. Through accessible yoga, breathwork, and guided recovery, you’ll reduce injury risk and move with more ease and control on the course. Open to all levels—no yoga experience needed.
